We are a B2B supplier of frozen pork products. Due to the perishable nature of our goods and strict cold chain requirements, returns are generally not accepted once products have been delivered and accepted by the customer.
This policy outlines the limited circumstances under which claims may be submitted and processed.

Eligibility for Claims

Claims may only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products are damaged upon delivery
  • Products show evidence of temperature deviation during transport
  • Incorrect items were delivered compared to the confirmed order

NB: All claims are subject to verification.

Non-Returnable Goods
All frozen pork products are classified as non-returnable goods due to their perishable nature.
We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been accepted without inspection
  • Products that have been opened, thawed, or altered
  • Products that have not been stored according to required conditions

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to:

  • Inspect all goods immediately upon delivery
  • Verify product condition, quantity, and temperature.
Any issues must be reported within 24 hours (maximum 48 hours) from delivery.

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

Claims Process

To submit a claim, customers must provide:

  • Order number or invoice reference
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence (packaging, labels, product condition)
  • Supporting documentation (e.g. temperature records, if applicable)
    Claims must be submitted via:
  • Email: info@tradivals.com or sales@tradivals.com
  • Or via the website contact form

Resolution of Claims

If a claim is verified and approved, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the affected goods
  • Issuance of a credit note
  • Partial or full refund
Refunds are not guaranteed and are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cold Chain Responsibility

Responsibility for maintaining proper storage conditions transfers to the customer upon delivery and acceptance of goods.
All products must be stored at -18°C or below.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from improper handling, storage, or temperature control after delivery.
